Holly has achieved several professional accomplishments throughout her career. She holds a Broker's License, which demonstrates her expertise and knowledge in the real estate industry. Additionally, she has obtained specialized certifications as a New Homes Specialist and a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES). These designations further highlight her commitment to providing exceptional service to clients of all backgrounds, including seniors.
Known for going above and beyond, Holly anticipates her clients' needs and dedicates herself to ensuring successful closings for every transaction. She values building strong relationships and takes pride in the fact that many of her clients refer her business, a testament to the high level of service she provides.
Outside of her real estate career, Holly enjoys cooking and entertaining. She finds joy in spending time with her husband and their five grown children. With the imminent arrival of their fourth grandchild, they proudly refer to themselves as the "fun" grandparents. Exploring new destinations is another passion for Holly and her husband, as they love to travel in their RV, whether it's to the beach or the mountains.
Real estate runs in Holly's blood, as she comes from a family with a strong background in the industry. Both her grandparents and her mother-in-law were Realtors, inspiring her to pursue a career in the field. Holly studied Real Estate in college and has personally bought and sold over 11 properties, giving her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the buying and selling process.
After living in Woodstock for 30 years, Holly feels blessed to have established strong connections within the community. Whether she's dining out or cruising around town in her golf cart with her dog Maddie, she cherishes the opportunity to encounter friends and acquaintances along the way.
