Nikki Coda is a dynamic Realtor who grew up in Woodstock and now resides near Waleska with her husband and three children. A lifelong Georgia resident, she brings her passion for this beautiful state to every real estate transaction. With her strong communication skills, local knowledge, and enthusiasm for helping people, Nikki ensures her clients feel supported and informed through every step of the process.
A proud alumna of Kennesaw State University, Nikki graduated in 2005 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Management. Her background in building relationships and supporting education within her community has given her a heart for service that shines through in her work with clients.

Family is at the center of Nikki’s life. Most evenings and weekends, you’ll find her cheering on her two sons in football, basketball, baseball, and track. She’s also proud to watch her daughter pursue a degree in Elementary Education at her alma mater, KSU. Supporting her family and celebrating each milestone with them is her greatest joy—and it’s that same dedication she brings to her clients as they work toward their own real estate dreams.
